4 boneless,
skinless chicken breast halves. Preheat your grill to medium-high. Season the chicken breasts with the salt and pepper. Place the chicken on the grill, and cook, about 5-7 minutes. Turn the chicken over, and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Brush the raspberry jalapeno sauce on the top of the chicken breasts, then turn over and cook for about 3-5 minutes. Brush the sauce on the top of the chicken breasts, and turn them again, and cook for another 3-5 minutes, until chicken is done. Serves 4. |
