Most people never think of grilling fruits or vegetables when they have a barbecue, but grilling adds an extra dimension of flavor. It adds a nice smoky touch to vegetables, and the sugars in the fruits carmelize over high heat, adding extra flavor.

4 Peaches Preheat your grill to high Cut the peaches in half, and remove the pits In a small saucepan, combine the vinegar, orange juice, rosemary, sugar, and cinnamon schnapps. Bring to a boil, then turn the heat down, and simmer for about 10 minutes, remove from the heat, and remove the rosemary. Place the peaches, cut side down onto the grill. Cook the peaches for 5 minutes, flip them over, and brush the cut side with the vinegar and orange juice mixture. Cook for another 5 minutes. Remove the peaches from the grill, and remove the skin (it should slip right off). Drizzle the remaining vinegar and orange juice mixture onto the peaches and serve hot.
